So long, IMDEA! Howdy, ETSIT!

Spending my last day at IMDEA Networks Institute today. I am starting a new position as a postdoctoral professor at ETSIT UPM, where I will join the ICT Group. Not only will it be an honor to guide young BSc and MSc students into the ICT ecosystem, but I will also research data economics, related policy and regulations.

After five years at IMDEA, I managed to produce a PhD Thesis connecting five relevant papers in demanding venues, I gave 11 talks, and joined three challenging and interesting research projects. Many thanks to the Institute, especially to Prof. Nikolaos Laoutaris for trusting me throughout these years, and to my colleagues in the Data Transparency Group. I’m confident they will keep up doing a great job, and for sure we will collaborate in the future, starting with ongoing papers we are working on.
